To what degree can I reference this board and its data when answering a question from a non-member (that usually occurs in another MB). I know this is private to keep out a lot of the chaff (assuming we are the wheat!), so I don't relish making it open. But sometimes there is a lot of info that needs to be relayed; is it proper to point the questioner here and hope he can get in? Or would you rather (and, is it permissable) that I copy the desired data from here and post it elsewhere? And, what to do if the questioner asks where I got it? So, I guess the real question is, how much of this private board's info is public? Any, thoughts or comments, gentlemen?

No, no...my point was that I knew it was you, yet you weren't you but rather a new not-you and as a new not-you you had all the massive power and awesome authority to.....

aw, never mind!!

My only concern was if you (all) would allow me to reference this MB and/or its data; whether you make it public or private, with its resulting responsibilities, is up to you. My vote would be public read, private post.

PS: also, I think I have a few more questions/edits coming soon
