rtcGetTimer?? and???

well, is about the timer function, the complete reference.
I debugging a VB program, but no understand the OllyDbg result.
rtcGetTimer, XXXX functions....
example
rtcGetTimer is for xxxx function..... and more.
I hope can understand me.
